Description
The sequel to Installation Route is here, done on 1.16 and with new mods to challenge you!
Warning: this is the demo of first part of modpack, it ends with first 9x9 craft and should take 5-10 hours.
Overview of demo:
- This pack can run on 2 GB of RAM and an average processor. Fun for everyone!
- While being a skyblock, Installation Route 2 features a completely new way of acquiring resources - limited fabricators! Those little things generate infinite amount of a specific resource, but it does it on fixed rate, meaning that you are always in danger of running out of materials to make your next project.
- While quests are present, but there isn't quite as many as you may except. I believe than progression should be based on discovery and experimentation rather than following path set by Quest Book.
- The big intergration between Thermal Expansion and Botania will make you produce both mana and RF in considerable quantities for powering up ore procession, agriculture, mob farming and other interesting things! The new gimmick of TE is the lack of energy storage on its machines: gotta supply all your dynamos to run your factory, otherwise all the processors will halt almost immediately!
- Item transport got significantly harder! You don't have AE2 or RS for easy autocrafting and storage, so you need to learn Corporea basics, Pretty Pipes and Immersive Engineering to keep going.
- You also get a lot of complicated, but fun to automate recipes, like Terrasteel, runes, midgame machines and bunch of other things!
- Oh right, and there is a ton of custom items and blocks! They range from regular fancy materials to fully functional tools!
- The progression of Installation Route is split into several chapters, named Parts. They are separated by doing big projects, involving big amount of resources and time to complete. There will be 3 main Parts and one optional Part with fun content like overworld!
- Mob spawning is completely under your control, you don't need to worry about a hunger and you run 1.5x faster and jump 2x higher! Just keep going at this modpack that tests your logistical thinking!
Q: Why Create machines and Immersive Engineering mutliblocks are hidden?
A: They will be available in Part 2.
Q: Can you get more space in the box?
A: No.
Q: Where are usual Skyblock mods or ME system?
A: They are simply boring and force you to do routine tasks to progress.
Q: How to generate a lot of mana?
A: The easiest way is using Fractionary Still or just learning Botania.
