This modpack was created to run on slightly lower end devices but may not be perfect.
It is focused around the create mod and its vehicle addons being steam n rails and aeronautics other mods that are included but not the main focus are Apothesis, farmers delight, inventory pets, the aether, and building mods such as rechiseled and framed. it should be noted that this is not the full list just an overview.
