Create/Create:Aeronautics 

Use the machinery of Create to solve your problems and construct vehicles so that you can explore the wastes more easily. 

Timeless and Classic Weapons + Vic's Point Blank (+Addons) 

Craft weapons using this mod's many in-game workbenches to combat the various creatures you'll be coming across. Bandits will be similarly armed.

Cybernetics 

Upgrade your character's natural abilites by implanting them with cyberware with various uses.

ENEMIES!  

Mutants and Zombies

These are what you will most often find in the wastes. Do what you can to fight or avoid them.

Death Angels 

These monsters will occasionally crash into your world. It's best to avoid combat with them at all costs. They seem to be attracted to sound.
