Here you can find a lot of mods which will make your game harder (or a little bit easer sometimes):

• Scape and Run: Parasites is the hardest mod here. It will radically change your game. Parasites became stronger every day;

• With Bloodmoon night will be your worst nightmare;
• Hardcore Revival makes game with friends much more intresting;
