has a bit of tech and a bunch of dimensions for you to explore it also has a bit of planets and mods that include thirst and has a much harder health mod that makes it so that it requires a bandage to start healing so you might die a lot as mobs are much more difficult to kill and adds a whole bunch of mobs like tigers , sharks , snakes ,ect.
