A modpack with a hard start that lasts for about 20 minutes, after that it's smooth sailing as you get progressively more OP.
Focuses on automation and resource processing through scientific and mechanical means, utilizing systems like electricity (RF/FE/etc), air pressure, or rotation.
Includes quests that drive progression, whether through a quest book, NPC, or other in world source.
Forge is a popular mod loader for versions 1.1+ of Minecraft.

About
Description
This pack is split into 3 distinct phases :
1. You spawn with half a heart, but for every unique food item you eat you gain another heart of max HP, with an upper limit of 1000 extra hearts, making the first in-game day or two stressful, but by in-game day 10 you should have more than 30 hearts. This is assisted by 2 different food mods which give you several new food options. After resolving the food-heart crisis, you can build a cobblestone generator, but they don't just make cobblestone, you can get a bunch of vanilla ores from a normal cobblestone generator. This was done to propell you to the midgame, and with some automation, you can gather resources while AFK. See the questbook for exact configurations using catalysts in the cobblestone generator. Finally, the Create mod allows you to build early game contraptions, including the potential to automate the cobblestone generators.
2. The mid game is defined by a journey to the moon, but there are other aspects of note, such as defeating the ender dragon twice to get into Draconic Evolution, setting up an ME system from AE2, using the Mekanism mod, and getting into the submods for Create; Create New Age and Create Diesel Generators.
3. The end game involves the completion of advanced tasks, with a heavy focus on getting the MekaSuit from Mekanism, and traveling to all the planets via Ad Astra. Afterwards, you can do whatever it is that you want to do in the world you created, since that is part of the beauty of Minecraft, the freedom it gives you, so feel free to take your time progressing, and just have fun.
Some things to note :
- The quest book has 100 quests and 4 end game shops that allow you to buy items that you cannot craft, they take antimatter pellets which is an end-game item from Mekanism.
- If you want to play on Hardcore mode, you can, and since the world will backup automatically, if you die to a glitch or because of something silly, you can simply load the backup and be fine.
- Create Diesel Generators sets chunks as oil chunks, you can find one by using the oil detector. Additionally, the infinite oil deposit setting is on, which means that the oil chunk will not run out of oil, and building more extractors will let you have a higher rate of oil extraction from the same chunk.
This version of the pack is more advanced than the other versions, notably with the addition of the Cobblegen Randomizer and Draconic Evolution mods.
