Mystic Midnight isn't for the uninitiated.
As you fight your way through this challenge, every enemy you slay will empower the rest.
Eventually the foes you face will require power only the arcane arts can grant.
With the difficulty set at HARD, and the wide variety of villainous creatures you will find,
every battle will be hard fought but well-won.
Creepers and Endermen will grief blocks, claims will not protect your precious base.
The realm of Mystic Midnight itself is magical.
When you first start out, you will have zero magical aptitude or even the ability to harvest magic items.
A heavily quest driven story will guide you into becoming wiser and stronger.
A wonderfully unique crafting system.
Higher level recipes require increased resources.
Multiple Tiered.
Even creative items have recipes, but beware, they aren't easy.
Mystic Midnight: Requiem is a magic themed exploration based quest-driven challenge modpack. The only tech you'll find here is about the same tier as you would see vanilla-esque items and machines. Fight your way through a legion of hyper deadly mobs that will stop at nothing to end your journey. Explore fantastic worlds with the power of the arcane at your fingertips. Home Wrecker Extremely dangerous and thankfully equally rare, the Mutant Creeper can level an entire base in a matter of seconds. If you see this monster you are better off run far far away. -
Evil lurks. Around 20% of the time normal "vanilla" mobs will spawn as special variants that are quite deadly, like this "Gatling Skeleton." -
Enchanting Locales Several mods add very beautiful and unique biomes and natural structures for you to explore. -
Full Moon A full moon is brightest, but empowers the mobs by a lot. -
