Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the number of Mods big-name Modpacks contain, or do you just want to learn the basics of popular Minecraft mods seen in series such as Mianite, Hermitcraft, and many more?

Well, fear not! The Obsidian Midnight is here! Bringing in famous mods seen all over youtube such as Applied Energestics 2, Tinkerers Construct, and MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod, this mod pack has the basics down to a science. We list all the mods down below, you have most likely seen or heard of all of these mods as they are the most popular ones available, and the foundation for all types of Modpacks used all over Minecraft. Consider this a 'foundationary' Modpack, that does not overwhelm you with too much new stuff, but gives you a start to understand mods that will be included in many Modpacks that you will play in the future!
