Description
Origins Initium has 13 unique origins to try each changing the way you play the in their own way. This modpack also features a plethora of new biomes and structures to find and explore in The Overworld, Nether and End. Whether you play with friends or alone, this modpack is sure to give you a unique challenge.
List of origins:
The default 9 found here
Piglin:
Golden tools deal extra damage and golden armor has additional protection.
Golden equipment lasts much longer.
Netherite armor gives a small speed boost.
Non golden and non netherite equipment break faster.
Piglins do not attack you unless provoked. (Brutes will still attack on sight.)
You deal 75% more damage with crossbows.
Your natural spawn will be in the Nether.
When outside of the Nether, you zombify, becoming undead and immune to fire, but slower.
Your diet is restricted to meat, you can't eat vegetables.
You have 2 less hearts of health than humans.
You are afraid of Soul Fire, becoming weak when near it.
Slimecican:
Improved Jump Height
No Fall Damage
Shrink to half your size (and max health) instead of dying (twice per respawn)
Bounce on any block like it was a slime block. (Can be good or bad)
Burn in hot biomes
Reduced Movement Speed
Foxkin: (Inspired by WiiDude's Custom Origins Mod)
1/2 the size of a human
2x jump height and speed
Deals .5x damage with normal attacks but while criting you deal 2.5x damage
Max health of only 6 hearts (12 hp)
You can not naturally regenerate health unless you are in a 1 block tall space.
Can only eat Berries and Cooked Chicken
Berries and Cooked Chicken restore 2 more hunger than normal
Berries and Cooked Chicken Completely fill your saturation.
Berries and Cooked Chicken immediately restore 1/2 heart (1 hp) when eaten
Wolfs within 18 blocks are automatically angry at you
Wolfs deal 1.5x damage to you (3 hearts/ 6 hp)
Can ride on the back of the Elytrian (Glitchy)
Floran:
Can grow plants at the cost of some food.
You are satiated by being exposed to sunlight.
You deal 2 more damage when wet.
You take twice as much damage from fire.
Biomes that are too hot or too cold will give you slowness.
You can only consume Honey Bottles.
