 Performance+ now offers a base server modpack that will work with any 1.18.2 modpacks, all you are required to do is put the mods folder together.

Performance+ is a modpack focused on giving you the extra performance you require to play. Unlike many other performance modpacks that randomly add performance mods, we research incompatibilities to ensure no performance is lost.

 The pack only adds performance and graphics enhancements to the client, therefore it works on every world and server.

• Sodium - Adds massive performance improvements for singleplayer and multiplayer
• Lithium - Useful for single-player as it makes the server use less resources 
• Starlight - Rewritten light engine that is 24 times faster.
• Hydrogen - reduces ram usage
• FerriteCore - reduces ram usage
• Entity Culling - stops rendering entities that are not visible
• Cull Leaves - Recreation of Optifines "Smart Leaves" 
• Clumps - Clumps XP together making xp farms less laggy
