P E R I S H is an extremely difficult horror modpack based on the game Casualties: Unknown.

This modpack is designed to keep you on edge as you navigate the world. Keeping watch on not only your surroundings, but your own body as well.

This modpack is designed to keep you on the bottom, making sure you never feel like you can truly overpower every obstacle.

Survival is not given; survival is earned by brutal perseverance.
