About

Description

(WIP description)

Minecraft has over the years certainly blimped up in system requirements when it comes to modding; 1.15.2 being a shining example of this. knowing such, I set out to build a pack that would allow my friends with lower end PC's and Laptops to enjoy the same updated content as those with higher end rigs. this pack is the fruit of that labor.

Potat is a low bar to entry kitchen sink with a focus on simple, easy to approach mods that fit well with modern vanilla-- I made sure to choose things that wouldnt neccisarily overwhelm the player, and left in some fun silly things (like carving pumpkins, or making a wizard staff out of twigs, or even making a smart phone for secret messages to friends) as well as a few mods that make your life a lot easier when it comes to the inevitable grind for resources (compact ores anyone?)

All in all, I hope you all enjoy Potat in all its low-end high-fun glory, and share plenty of screenshots in the comments :) I want to see what you all can build with the things contained within!

Potat's Base RAM minimum for play is 5120MB. if there are any perfomance issues, please feel free to remove mods like Charmonium, Immersive Portals, or Serene Seasons from your load order. they can be a bit costly to run at times, but were included as a 'HD' version for those able to spare the resources.

Art used in the pack is made by me, please do not repost or use it for commercial projects. contact me on discord if you wish to hire me for texture and general illustration work: Caligator#5319
