Welcome to Reality Reversal. An Expert Tech-RPG based modpack, that brings back the good old days of 1.12 level of automation and combat hell, all replicated in their finest glory on 1.20.1!

You are of a simple human, simplicity of a life is all that mattered, yet strangely you are warped into circumstances far more complicated for the ordinary that would have considered. You can hear voices, screams, yells, all forms of communication from something beyond this world, guiding you, berating you, comforting you, as you explore more about the strange scenario you have fallen into, and perhaps, find out what is ordinary, perhaps may not be so after all...

This is a modpack made with the taste, the flavour, and also the old nostalgia of the Expert modpacks on 1.12, where you will progress through many layers of Tech, magic and exploration/RPG mods, each layer requiring all the ingredients from a previous mod automated to progress. You will not be given mercy or "OP" items, all forms of automation and QoL when unlocked are given for a reason, and the bosses will test your strength, skill, wits and preparation.

Dive into the old nostalgia of 1.12, as you see the return of Mekanism, Thermal Foundation, Botania, EnderIO, Actually Additions, RFTools, Nuclearcraft, Immersive Engineering, Hostile Neural Networks, Mystical Agriculture, Tinker's Construct and more all make their presence known. Newer faces, like Spectrum, Nature's Aura, Malum, Primal Magick will ensure each mystery you solve only reveals several more layers underneath. Bosses such as Aegis from Cataclysm, and the famous Chaos Guardian from Draconic Evolution awaits to test your strength, while far below a strong pulse hints of a deeper and darker source of power, as you journey through the Dimensions of DivineRPG, Deeper and Darker, Twilight Forest and much more. All of them surrounding the most important Tech mod likely known to all: Gregtech, which has been excrucitatingly customised to fit into modpack progression.

Warning: This is a content heavy modpack! Recommended RAM is around 8 GB during testing. Multiplayer/Server capability has not been tested, you may run into bugs!

So, in the end, who are you exactly ?

I give great thanks here to the makers of Meatballcraft and Divine Journey 2 for giving me the experience of a lifetime from Minecraft modpacks, and they served as the source of inspiration of the overall structure and design of how this modpack is shaped.

I also am thankful of some players within their Discord servers that also went through Stargate of GTNH, thus giving guidance on Gregtech progression and customisation.

Note: The modpack is currently in early development phase. I am working hard on it so the currently content might be little, but rest assured, what you are getting now is just the beginning of the Adventure. Please report any major bugs or game breaking issues on the comments, I will read through when I can! With the current content I'm expecting most players to not complete it before the next release, but who knows, surprise me!
