Description
This pack has been scrapped due to our communities wanting a 1.16.5 pack.
Pack includes mixture of tech, decoration and exploration for a light modded experience that runs on most PCs.
Decoration mods include MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod, Macaw's Furniture and BibiloCraft.
Tech mods include Thermal Expansion, Immersive Engineering and Extreme Reactors 2
This is the pack that we will be streaming and using for our 2021 ExtraLife Summer and Winter Gamedays.
Starting from 0.9.6, The default version will be suffixed with " - Standard"
This version is the minimum set of mods required to connect to the server, Standard does NOT include client only plugins that increase memory usage.
There will also be a version named " - Enhanced" that will include additional client only mods. Such as JEI plugins and other client only mods that use more ram.
" - Enhanced" will also be able to connect to the pack's official server (which runs standard). It is purely extra clientside stuff.
The reason for this seperation
The baseline version (Standard) is intended to work on PCs with 8gb of ram, on the condition that they set their ram settings to give minecraft a MAXIMUM of 3GB. Optifine not supported in low ram configurations.
Players with PCs with 16GB+ ram should have no issues running the pack as normal. We recommend at least 6GB of ram set on PCs with at least 16GB of ram.
