The modpacks early game can be a bit confusing as it's changed so much from the vanilla gameplay cycle but once you have surpassed that it becomes really fun. the custom world gen and the movement of the custom origins makes exploring very exciting
Some performance issues here and there, have experienced multiple crashes
Very aesthetic world generation and built in shaders, along with custom textures for alot of the items and mobs alot of effort has clearly been put in
