RoMania Pack

Originally made for the Willro community.

Vanilla+ modpacks tend to be too small and the others are often too large. With this modpack, I carefully selected the mods to save resources. Most of the mods are QoL changes, but there are still some mods with a lot of content so the pack doesn't feel too empty. There should be a little tech, some magic, and a lot of exploring. This was designed for a small server, but can be expanded when needed.

The major mods included, along with their CurseForge info, wiki, or in-game book, are the following:

Alex's Mobs - The player also starts with a book called the "Animal Dictionary" that provides info on each creature added with the mod.

Apotheosis - The player also starts with a book called "The Chronicle of Shadows" that has a lot of information.

There is also an advancements tab in-game when you press the 'escape' key that will help with progression for a lot of mods if you ever get stuck!

Additionally, there are a number of quality of life mods you'll have to explore and find for yourself! Use JEI as much as you can and look through the items (these are all shown on the right hand side of the screen when you access your inventory in-game). There is a search bar below these items so you can try to find whatever you like. Also, to search through a specific mod's items, type "@" and then the mod's name and JEI will pull up all the items that mod has in the game.

I have included Eccentric Tome as a mod to hold those starting books as well as any others that are added by mods that you can craft (e.g. Lexica Botania). I highly recommend taking advantage of this, but DO NOT place consumable tomes or books in the Eccentric Tome item or else it will disappear along with every other book in the tome!

Lastly, since our community revolves around the great Willro and his music, I have included the mod Etched. This will allow us to play Willro's music in-game through custom record discs and by linking to his songs on Bandcamp, SoundCloud, or any other URL that has an MP3 file, WAV file, or OGG file.
