You awaken in a world where hope died long ago. This world is infested with parasites that have consumed all living things. It was once a thriving civilized world, but now it has turned into a nightmarish landscape drenched in rot and mutations. Parasites have wiped out almost everything, leaving behind only ugly life forms that prey on anything that still moves.

This world is limited and confined, like a cage. The world is cut off, with nothing but emptiness and peace beyond. Humans have long since died fighting the parasites, and those less fortunate have lost their humanity, turning into beasts.

But you are no ordinary survivor. You're part of a cruel experiment. Researchers from another dimension, decided to test a hypothesis: is it possible to survive in conditions of absolute chaos? Your task is to adapt, find a way to escape, or perish like everyone before you. They want to find out what would happen if a person was moved into the most difficult conditions, and how long you could survive.

That's why they don't let you adapt. On certain days, more parasites descend upon this world. Researchers watch your every move closely, and as soon as they notice that you start to get used to the horrors around you, they dispatch new, even more dangerous types of mutated creatures. These days are called “Parasite Surge”. During these times, the parasites become even stronger and more aggressive, covering the entire area, and the researchers also send more bloody creatures through the portals. Their sole purpose is to destroy you.

You never know when the next “Parasite Surge” will come. The world around you is constantly changing, and your chances of survival diminish with each invasion. They want to break your will, rob you of your ability to adapt. But despite this, you keep fighting, hoping to find a way out of this hell.
