About

This is a small, simple modpack made by me and my friends for our private Minecraft server. It tries to stay mostly vanilla-like, with the 2 biggest content additions being Immersive Engineering and Botania. All the rest are mainly quality of life, decoration, or other neat stuff.

Changes

I have used CraftTweaker to change many recipes to use items from other mods. Use JEI to view the changed recipes (I would list them here, but there's a lot).

I have included 2 datapacks, my RailCraft datapack that fixes furnace minecarts (see my youtube channel for a video: Penguin_Spy), and a datapack to include a chunk loader (search "Terrestrial Actuator" in JEI), and a power provider for turtles and furnace minecarts (search Power Provider" in JEI).

I have also modified some config options:

  • The engineers toolbox (from Immersive Engineering) can hold Networking Cable (from ComputerCraft) in the wiring slots, and empty buckets, flint and steel, and shears in the tools slots.
  • Turtles can be charged with a device called a "Power Provider". Look it up in JEI for the recipe. Power is input through the top, and it charges turtles in front of it (the side with the coil).
  • The Quark setting for dispensers placing blocks is disabled.
  • The Chute (from Quark) is disabled, in favor of the open crate (from Botania).
  • Spawn eggs are craftable, because the spawner relocater from Botania does not keep the mob inside, creating pig spawners. Right-click on a spawner with a spawn egg to turn it into that type of spawner.
  • The compacting drawer can compact mud (from Biomes O' Plenty).
  • [1.2r] Immersive Engineering config has reasonable ore generation values by default. The mod is broken, so these have no effect (maybe they do on client).
  • Zombie reinforcements and baby zombies spawn a bit more.
  • CraftPresence stuff. It has its own discord application for custom icons and stuff.
  • Probably some others that I forgot. Look at the config files if you really care.

Legal stuff that probably isn't actually meaningful in court:

All original Minecraft content belongs to Mojang AB, and is not distributed in any way with this modpack.
All mod content is property of the mod authors, and used with permission from the CurseForge website descriptions.
All content in the openloader directory is created by me (Penguin_Spy) except for the resources\Modpack Resources\assets\minecraft\textures\gui\title\minecraft.png file, which is an edited version of the original file from the default minecraft assets, containing the original Minecraft Realms title art, and the resources\Modpack Resources\assets\spikefeeder\textures\powerprovider_front.png file, which is created by combining assets from the Immersive Engineering mod.
The logo for the modpack, resource pack, and server (stored in server.dat) is a really low quality image of the Spike Feeder card from Magic The Gathering.
