Description
StaTech Industry 2
StaTech Industry 2 is a community-built sequel to the original automation modpack on NeoForge 1.21.1. The modpack is centered around the automation gameplay of Modern Industrialization, with many new tools and quality of life features from the updated version of the mod and its new addons (Extended Industrialization, Yet Another Industrialization).
This sequel focuses on expanding Modern Industrialization’s streamlined gameplay and adding new viable ways to play the mod, whilst also guiding players through the progression with rewarding descriptive quests (over 500 main and 400 side quests!) and custom-made GuideME entries.
The modpack also includes multiple fun but completely optional mods to play around with, notably Applied Energistics 2, Little Big Redstone, Farmer’s Delight, Create and Spectrum. Playing through these mods is rewarding, but is in no means necessary to complete the main progression of the pack, which focuses on complete automation of Modern Industrialization.
The change of modloader and minecraft versions from StaTech Industry 1.0 to 2.0 comes with a handful of changes to mods and new features, detailed below.
2.0 Features
Extended Industrialization, Industrialization Overdrive, Yet Another Industrialization integration: These mods add an incredible number of new tools and machines to add onto the original gameplay of Modern Industrialization and have been thoughtfully integrated into progression.
Revamp of the questline: The questline is more streamlined and now includes “tips quests”. The rewards have all been revisited.
Batching multiblock machine variants of all basic machines: These new multiblock machines allow for much greater means of production in a more fair and interesting way.
Ad astra replacement: “Space exploration” is now a part of Modern Industrialization, through a new expansion to the Space Probe system of 1.0.
Biome overhaul changes: No Man’s Land is now included as opposed to more extensive biome overhaul mods. It might hide away more than just biomes, if you look into it more closely!
New materials, processing lines and modified recipes: Multiple resources and components have had their production process changed, oftentimes with new compounds and intermediates materials.
Additions of many building blocks of relevant style to the making of factories: Many mods, like Iden’s Decor, Industrially Plated, Framed Blocks, Xtones reworked, have been added to allow players to freely express their creativity when building their factories.
Create rendered completely optional: The original one-time gate with Create from the 1.0 version has been completely removed.
