Swegpack 15 is a very lightweight pack that is intended to add more depth to vanilla gameplay. It includes a lot of features that are able to be used in creative ways, rather than one-use "magic block" machines. You'll find small amounts of new structures, dungeons, biomes, and mobs in the world. They were chosen because they add flavor to typical vanilla gameplay. There are a ton of new building blocks, which is why JEI is there to help discover them all and show you how to make them. As for new gameplay mechanics, check out the mod pages for Quark, Upgrade Aquatic, and Create (big one). Also check out the full mod list for all the smaller gameplay mods.
