The Cosmic Tree...
Think of it like any other tree. Except Sentient and its roots are more like the everlasting expanding nothingness that is space..
Like many trees, there are fruit hanging from its branches. Often referred to as Realms.
The first Realm, otherwise known as The Overworld is where all life enters existence.
No-one knows how many realms there are. I'll leave that to you to discover.
~Lore may or may not have any impact on actual gameplay
