OPTIFINE SETUP: TUTORIAL!

Waking up... from something that feels - almost like a dream. You remember - vividly - something wild, brutal, cruel, turning the world on itself but you can't quite recall. Laying in the dirt, you take a look around. Your shirt is blood stained and your leg throbs. A sword just out of reach to your left, and a pistol of some kind to your right.

"What happened?" you groan, as you sit up, miserable and exhausted. You realize your head hurts too, and look behind you. Bullets lay where your head was, having made an uncomfortable pillow. You are wearing some leather armor, and wonder why.

You stand up and hobble over to the gun - you pick it up and examine it. A Glock-17. You don't remember ever having used a gun like this. Only hunting rifles with your dad-

"Dad..?  Uh... Mom?" Worried, now, you glance around, all the way around, trying to find anyone you reconize. But you start to panic, and your breath speeds up. You feel thirsty, hungry, and run to the water nearby. In your pocket - four glass bottles. You fill one and drink it like there's no tommorow.

Now with your thirst clenched you really begin to worry. Remembering the gun in your hand you gasp and drop it into the water. You jump and reach for the pistol but drop the bottle in your hand.

"Damn," you mutter, and you scoop up the wet gun. You return to where you woke, and see a few other supplies. Bandages, multiple magazines, presumably for the pistol, and again the sword. You pick it up and feel the blade - rough but sharp. You cut yourself and end up having to use one of the four bandages to patch it up. You feel dizzy, lightheaded, and get down on your knees to regain your breath.

"Grhhttss... Raggh," a noise in the distance which catches your attention. Through the darkness of the forest behind you, as the shadows begin to stretch, yellow eyes peer, unblinking, unmoving, and then disappear.

You scramble for the gun, but you had set it down before patching yourself up just a few minutes ago. You look toward the stream, with your back to the forest and see the Glock-17, shimmering, a matt black color. You hop up and run for it.

"Oh boy, it's starting to come back to me now" you whisper, thinking about what had happened to your family, your mom, dad, brother, and your two kids. Out of the corner of the eye you see another pair of eyes, you swivel to face it and-

BANG... BANG BANG.....

Three shots, the eyes still stare. Three more.

BANG BANG BANG....

Still there. 

BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG... Click- Click-

Out. And it's still there. The other two magazines where still near the area you had woke, but you had grabbed and handful of the bullets from under your head, and stashed them in your pocket. You pull them out and try to reload.

"So, thirteen shots that was? Thirteen... yeah I think so," you mutter, sliding rounds into the magazine. You glance up and the eyes are gone. You focus quickly, once again on the magazine and file the rest of the ammunition in. Exactly enough. You hurry back to the spot that you arose and realize how dark it had gotten. You gather your stuff, your memory clear as day as to what had happened before this. And you sure did not want to be out during the night

So you ran, not with any idea where you were going, and you checked the moon. Just barely visable rising above the horizon - a white moon.

"Thank... Thank God," you pant.

You sit down, crosslegged and hold your gun, figeting with it from time to time, waiting for the night to pass.

Happy, that it wasn't a BloodMoon.
