Pretty simple. Thaumcraft and mods that add onto it.
Intended for personal use, try it if you want it.
Exploit vis, shoot fireballs, create rifts in reality, accidentally summon demons, Everything else you can do in thaumcraft, with like 2 more mods
For those uninitiated, you can start the pack by breaking elemental vis crystals found on stone- try caves, rocky mountains, etc. I personally recommend those who don't know thaumcraft to just play normally and follow the Thaumonomicon
