About
Description
Tower of Babel 2 is the 1.12 version of the 1.7.10 Tower of Babel Pack. The primary goal of this modpack is to merge magic and tech mods in a way that allow a player to build and improve their character until they eventually become so powerful that they are invincible, all powerful, and fabulously wealthy; but building the tower of ascension to god-hood takes time and work. The beginning of the game should play similar to vanilla with "quality of life mods" until the player manages to get a way to make metal tools (I suggest tinkers forge). Once the player has reliably set up themselves in the world there are many mods to branch out into.
At the beginning of the game there are mods for more baubles and new tinkers weapons for exploration and character improvement gameplay. Then some of the more notable mid game mods include: thermal, botania, blood magic, etc; mods that allow a play to improve their player in ways that interact the environment and ultimately lead to a player growing in ways that make them orders of magnitude more powerful than an early game player. Project E is in this modpack but as it poses major game balance issues the transmutation table recipe has me made to serve more as an end goal than an achievable goal and as such is designed to be nearly inaccessible, but once it is reached it is a good indicator that a player has reached end game, and upon attaining a transmutation table a player is one or two auto resource generators and a suit of power armor from being the closest thing to a "god" as a Minecraft as one could get without installing actually game breaking mods
