About

Description

The world is industrializing and turning away from the magic of the gods. While magic is more powerful than technology (at least current technology), science is vastly more reliable. Magic tends to curse its users, only work for specific people, or just do weird things based on obscure rules. In this pack, I hope to show the true power of both magic and technology in a mod pack chalked full of mods. This pack is designed to be a two-sided PvP pack that only allows one team to use magic and one team to use tech. Its a work in progress, but I see a bright future for this.

Ultimate Conflict currently includes almost all of the top-rated and downloaded mods in each category, As well as some lesser-known ones. This pack meant to be very PvP oriented so in order to reduce the number of mods I have left out some "unnecessary" mods that primarily affect world-gen such as Recurrent Complex in an attempt to reduce load times. However, there are still plenty of decorative mods such as Chisel, Chisels and Bits, Bibliocraft, and Blockcraftery.

My friends and I are also making a document detailing the rules that we will be using for our server, once it is complete I will link it here.

This pack is very large and probably won't work very well, considering I haven't tested it too much. I do plan on changing configs and recipes later on though.
