Urban Renewal presents a ruined cityscape generated by MCJty's fabulous The Lost Cities mod, and fleshed out with a particular level of harder but not too hard adjustments to mobs, and the tools to rebuild in the form of Immersive Engineering, Astral Sorcery and others. It is not extensively tech or magic heavy, but more about adapting to your surroundings and making a place to survive.
