VanillaSquared

Vanilla Squared is a lightweight modpack with the goal of preserving the vanilla experience for most players in a multiplayer setting, while allowing more adventurous players to explore deeper modded content like the Create mod, Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, and more powerful gear and enemies at their leisure.

Main Features:

• The beautiful terrain generation of Larion World Generation
• Several vanlla+ tweaks like little critters and furniture
• Threatning bosses rebalanced for Apotheosis
• Multiplayer friendly elements like the ability to revive your friends mid-battle and seperate loot in each chest for each player
• A dimension full of interesting mob variants and even more powerful bosses balanced for late game Apotheosis (MORE DETAILS BELOW!)

Lost Cities Lategame - The Lost City dimension in Vanilla Squared pushes the limits of late game apotheosis gear and offers powerful loot that cannot be found anywhere else. Enemies have significantly higher stats while also sometimes having unique effects. There is also a unique spawning system in the Lost Cities that tracks your kills, spawning more powerful enemies as you fight and eventually spawning an extrememly powerful boss that rewards you with a special weapon in addition to its normal drops. On top of that, if everyone in your party dies, the system resets, meaning you have to complete each session in the lost cities without dying (or logging out on servers).

Note: To enter the Lost City dimension, you will need a bed, some mob skulls, and compressed netherite (1x) blocks arranged like this. Also, to leave the dimension, you will either need to build the same setup in the Lost City or find a recall scroll in one of the chests there (or make the recall spell yourself).

Future Plans:

•  Iron's Spells and Spellbooks Buffs - the spells from this mod don't do nearly enough damage in the late game even with Apotheosis gems tailored to it. In the future, I would like to find interesting ways of increasing this damage to match that of other Apotheosis weapons
