This pack is perfect to play with friends and build your dream world together. I hope everyone enjoys! :)

FAQ

I saw ____ on stream, but I don't see it in the pack! Where'd it go?

Due to several different reasons, there is a little bit of content that I included in the pack that VShojo uses on their streams that I did not include in the public release. Here I will explain the reasoning for each one:

The custom cosmetics for each VShojo streamer:

These were not included as they were made specifically for the streamers personal use and not meant to be released publicly. Many of them also only work with the streamers skin anyways. However the pack does come with VShojo themed scarves, cat ears and wolf tail made by me :) You can also get 80+ cosmetics on my patreon! ;)

The custom starter kits for each streamer:

On our streamer server, when youd join there were starter kits for each streamer to choose from. These were only made as a quick way to make sure each streamer got their specific cosmetic. I consolidated the starter kits down into one starter kit since players wont need a specific cosmetic. So you no longer need to select a starter kit.

VShojo Emotes in in-game chat:

These were not included as I do not own the rights to these emotes and I didn't feel comfortable publicly distributing them. The Emojiful mod is still included in the pack and you are free to add your own custom emotes with ease! (The Emojiful devs discord server has a bot that can create a datapack for you for any discord emotes)

The Hookshot mod:

This is a mod that has not yet been officially ported to version 1.20.1 of minecraft (the version this pack is on). However someone had made an unofficial fork of the mod that updated it to 1.20.1. I received permission from the mod author to include the fork in my streamer version of the pack, but not release it publicly. As a replacement, I included the Grappling Hook Mod.

I added an origins addon to the pack, but they aren't showing up!

In this pack, I only used the origins mod as a quick utility to give the players a starter kit and also let you select your player size. Because of this, I manually disabled the set of origins that most origin addon packs add on to. To reenable the default origins go to: config/paxi/datapacks/Vshojo Starters/data/origins/origin_layers/  and delete the origin.json file. This should re-enable origins and you can add more!

How do I add more cosmetics?

An important thing to note when it comes to adding cosmetics to the pack is that cosmetics needed to be added on ALL clients and on the server. So if you want to add cosmetics, make sure to give all your friends/players the files they need to add.
In more recent versions of Bouncestyle cosmetics, all youll need to do is drop the zip/folder containing the cosmetic files in your style folder. However many of the BounceStyles available on my patreon are in the old format, but those will have a readme included to help explain how to add the cosmetics the old way!

If you'd like to learn how to make your own BounceStyles, I've included a text tutorial on my discord(link below)! I hope to make a video tutorial for it soon as well!

How do I add more Emotes?

Emotes can be just dropped in your emotes folder. These only need to be added on your own client, but only you will be able to do the ones you add. If youd like to have an emote have sound, include a wav file that is named the same name as the name of the emote that is listed INSIDE of the emote file. So for example, if an emote file is named "dance", but inside the file the emote is named "shake", youll want to name your wav file "shake.wav". WAV files also only need to be on the client as the Emote Tweaks mod plays the sfx through voice chat.
