With the Boys Mk1

Magic, mobs, farming, QOL, server-esque, quests, adventure. dimensions. That is all. Not sure why I have to make this super detailed considering it's never going to go public, and is only for the sake of me and my friends having a syncable pack. 

With the Boys is a large 1.20.1 Forge adventure modpack built for a small private multiplayer server. The goal is to keep the feel of Minecraft survival while expanding almost every major part of the game: exploration, dimensions, dungeons, tools, storage, food, magic, combat, building, and automation.

This pack is designed for players who want a long-term survival world with lots of different paths to follow. You can build a cozy base, explore new dimensions, fight bosses, automate resources with Create, cook better food, craft custom tools with Tinkers’ Construct, collect magical gear, or just wander into huge new structures with friends.

Main Features

New dimensions and exploration
Travel through expanded adventure dimensions like The Aether, The Twilight Forest, The Bumblezone, Blue Skies, The Undergarden, Deeper and Darker, and a Mining Dimension. The Nether and End are also improved with better world generation.

Better dungeons and world generation
YUNG’s structure mods, Terralith, Incendium, Nullscape, and other worldgen mods make exploration feel fresh without completely replacing the vanilla survival loop.

Automation with Create
Build machines, contraptions, farms, processing systems, trains, and factories using Create and a small selection of Create addons.

Custom gear and progression
Tinkers’ Construct adds custom tool crafting and progression, while Apotheosis, Artifacts, Simply Swords, Epic Knights, and Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks add more RPG-style loot, combat, and magic.

Storage and backpack upgrades
Sophisticated Backpacks, Sophisticated Storage, and Storage Drawers make item management easier for long-term multiplayer worlds.

Farming and cooking
Farmer’s Delight, Croptopia, Cooking for Blockheads, Botany Pots, and related compatibility mods expand food, farming, cooking, and kitchen building.

Multiplayer quality of life
Waystones, Xaero’s Minimap/World Map, FTB Chunks, FTB Teams, JEI, Jade, AppleSkin, inventory tools, and other QoL mods help make the server easier to play with friends.

Recommended Use

This pack is intended for multiplayer survival with a small group of friends, but it can also be played solo. Because it includes many large worldgen and dimension mods, a fresh world is recommended.

Recommended client memory allocation: 8–10 GB RAM
Recommended server memory for small groups: 12–16 GB RAM
