You can help your friends which were killed in a specific amount of time before they die completely.
So you have a benefit of a friend who's not dead.
With the Mods "Dehydration" and "EnviromentZ" you have to stay warm and hydrated or
if you're in a desert get cold fast before you burn to death.
Simple Voice Chat adds voice chat so you can speak with someone random you
don't know or friends.
There is also sound physics. Just adds more immersion.
