A found Relic table. Place it, pay lapis, undo a crafting recipe. Never crafted.
TRACE - the Relic
TRACE remembers a few places. A blue light marks each one. Walk there, or Return. Found in chests.
CAGE - the Relic
CAGE seals a monster spawner, carries it as a dormant core, then wakes it elsewhere. Found in chests. Never crafted.
ECHO — the Relic
ECHO captures an enchantment's imprint from an item, then materializes a copy onto a book. Found, never crafted.
Custodian - the Seal
Bind an Iron Golem, then locate and recall it. Combat and wandering stay vanilla.
ANCHOR - the Relic
Plant ANCHOR. If you fall, you return here. Each respawn spends a charge; a new bed calls it back.

Seal a door, trapdoor or fence gate to yourself. Others, mobs, pistons and TNT stay out.
