Android Audio Shim
Enables Simple Voice Chat mod to work on Android devices running MojoLauncher or PojavLauncher.
Features
- Microphone input via AAudio (mono)
- Speaker output via OpenSL ES (stereo, positional audio)
- Self-extracting — no manual setup required
Requirements
- Android 8.0+
- arm64 architecture only
- MojoLauncher or PojavLauncher
Installation
- Add
audio-shim.jarto your mods folder - Launch Minecraft
- Open Simple Voice Chat settings and select the new microphone source
Notes
- The mod will not appear in the mod list — this is expected
- To remove the error message in chat: open
voicechat-client.propertiesand setuse_natives=false - Only tested with Simple Voice Chat, other voice mods are not guaranteed to work
