Better Paragliders

• A compat mod to implement Paraglider's stamina system with Better Combat attacks. Almost all attacks (save for special right click abilities) will now drain stamina.

Here's a short list of everything that now drains stamina:

• Basic Attacks - Basic melee attacks drain stamina based on their attack damage, reach, server config values, and attributes.
• Ranged Attacks - Attacks from a bow and crossbow will also drain stamina as you load the crossbow and nock arrows.
• Blocking Attacks - Blocking attacks will drain stamina based on the amount specified for the given shield and the damage blocked.
