Description

Lets you choose which weapons should bypass Better Combat and use their original combat behavior instead.
Use . to toggle Better Combat!
Use , to toggle Better Combat for the held item!
You can rebind both keys in the Controls settings.
Features
Per weapon control
Disable Better Combat globally or only for the weapon you are currently holding.
Instant switching
Client preferences take effect instantly and reconnect is not required.
Multiplayer management
Disable specific weapons for all players using commands or the config file.
Permission support
Administrative commands support LuckPerms and operator permissions.
Broad compatibility
Supports Fabric and NeoForge across multiple Minecraft versions.
Open source
The complete source code is available on GitHub under the GPLv3 license.

disable, enable, and reload require better_selective_combat.manage through LuckPerms or op permission.
Config
The multiplayer config file is stored at:
config/betterselectivecombat/server.json
Example:

The file is created automatically. You can edit it directly or use /bsc disable and /bsc enable.
After editing it manually, use /bsc reload.
Players who are already connected must reconnect for changes to take effect on their client.
Client preferences are stored separately at:
config/betterselectivecombat/client.json
