Description
Adds a special Observer that emits a Redstone Signal while the filtered Block is in front of it.
Right-Click with a Block in your Hand to set it as the Filter.
Right-Click with an empty Hand to check the current Filter
Shift-Right-Click to clear the Filter. (Sets it to minecraft:air)
Crafted with an Observer and a Stone Block.
