Block Safe - Can't mine this

Blocksafe will prevent players from being able to break blocks that they would otherwise be unable to harvest. There are exceptions to this, such as leaves, glass and other blocks that would otherwise require silk touch or shears to harvest.

They way it works:

Players can only mine a block they are using the correct harvesting tool for. Harvest level is not considered. This means you can still break Obsidian with a wooden pickaxe, it just takes a long time and you'll get nothing from it.

Blocks such as logs and planks that have effective tools that aren't required can still be harvested by hand.

If a block's hardness value is 1, it can still be broken by hand, even if it can't be harvested. This allows blocks like glass and even netherrack to still be broken by hand without requiring a tool.

This mod is excellent for RPG servers as it forces players to have the correct tools to mine with as well as providing opportunities to create prisons for players without fear that they'll just punch their way out of the iron bars.
