Chat Wheel

Chat Wheel started as a radial menu for quickly sending chat messages and commands using your mouse — and has grown into Chat Utilities, a full chat overhaul for Minecraft: multi-window/multi-tab chat, message filters, timestamps, prefix/suffix, click-to-copy, a right-click player menu, and of course the classic Chat Wheel radial menu. Whether you're playing on a multiplayer server or in singleplayer, it makes communication faster and more convenient than ever.

Features

Chat Wheel (radial menu)

• Radial menu — Hold a keybind, move your mouse toward the desired entry, release — the message is sent instantly.
• Fully customizable — Set your own messages, commands or phrases for each slot of the wheel.
• Multiple pages — Organize your entries across multiple pages to have access to as many messages as you need.
• Placeholder support — Dynamically insert things like your current coordinates or other context into messages.
• In-chat support — Hold Ctrl + your keybind while the chat is open to insert the selected entry at your cursor position and send it immediately.

Chat Windows (new!)

• Floating chat windows — Draggable, resizable windows you can freely place anywhere on screen.
• Multi-tab chat — Split messages across multiple tabs per window, each with its own filter rules.
• Message filters — Filter by keyword, exact match, or regex, and choose to hide, show, highlight, or play a sound for matching messages.
• Timestamps — Custom format, color, and position (before/after the message) per window.
• Newest on top or bottom — Your choice, per window.
• Adjustable opacity — Globally or per window.
• Click-to-copy — Click any chat message to copy it straight to your clipboard.
• Right-click player menu — Whisper, copy name, invite to party, add friend, or ignore/block a player directly from chat.
• Global prefix/suffix — Automatically added to every message you send.
• Toast notifications — Get notified of new messages even when chat is closed.
• In-game settings screens — Configure everything (wheel, windows, filters, tabs) without leaving the game, including a quick-access button right in the vanilla options menu.

General

• Client-side only — Works on any server without any installation required on the server side.

How to use

Chat Wheel:

1. Press and hold the Chat Wheel keybind (configurable in the controls menu)
2. Move your mouse toward the desired entry
3. Release — the message is sent automatically

In chat:

1. Open the chat
2. Hold Ctrl + the Chat Wheel keybind
3. The selected entry is inserted at your cursor position and sent immediately

Chat Windows & settings:

1. Open the vanilla options menu and click the "Chat Utilities" button, or use the dedicated settings keybind
2. Toggle Chat Wheel / Chat Windows on or off
3. Right-click a window's tab bar or open its settings screen to configure timestamps, filters, opacity, and more
