Chromatic Redstone
1.3.14: Fixed filter connections.
1.3.13: Fixed a couple race conditions for the comparator.
1.3.10: Increased performance and fixed visuals on vertical redstone wire.

Redstone no longer has to share one crowded channel.

I aimed for parity with vanilla redstone with all colors, so each color can act exactly like redstone, but now you can overlap them, mix for more colors.
Violette will carry red and blue signals, Emberite will carry yellow + red signals, Viridite Dust will carry green + blue signals.
This makes "And" gates really easy, or signal intersections.
Recipes:
Glowstone Dust + Redstone Dust = Lumite Dust.
Redstone Dust + Lapis Lazuli = Lazurite Dust.
Mix the three colors to get combinations, or craft them back into their base color.
Seven signal colors
Filters for redstone components
Chromatic repeaters, comparators, and lamps
Compact signal blocks
Optional Create compatibility
The comparitor is the most complicated part about this, while for a single channel it behaves as normal, it has additional filters you can set by right clicking with a dust of any color.
Setting a filter to the sides of a comparitor will make the filtering channel specific.
Setting an output filter will make the comparitor output that color only.
Setting an input filter will cause the comparitor to only accept signals that have at least 1 power of each channel of the filter.
I'm planning additional features for the future.
