ConRad's Scary Spiders

What is this mod? Arachnofobia Alert

I created this mod to give you thrilling experience with spiders that are almost like apex predators - they sense you from far away, they kill animals and villagers, they multiply by catching creatures and giving them to their "mother". They also camouflage in caves, plains, deserts, savannahs and jungles to give you tiny heart attacks. They are tankier and stronger, but in reasonable way. They are both something to run from and something to fight with 

Also it's a big part of SPIDERCRAFT - ARACHNOCALYPSE modpack, which I think is pretty fun modpack (this mod was created specially for it)

6 Spiders:

(Camouflaging) Scary Spider can be found both at spiders' nests and in every place in the overworld. They are hard to spot (check images) and if you step on them, they instantly try to kill you. You can try to run away from them, hopefully there will be some poor pig or chicken that is going to distract them and give you some precious seconds to flee.

Venomous Spider uses its ranged venom to protect their nests - if they hit you, you get poison, if they miss you - there is going to be a poisonous cloud that you have to stay away from. If you kill them they burst into another poisonous cloud. Actually, I recommend milking like a cow or 15 cows before coming close to a nest with venomous spiders.

Catcher Spider is at the same time extremely dangerous and not that dangerous. If its Mother is near, he is going to catch you and bring you to Her. It will also catch animals and villagers and bring it to Her in other to make more of its siblings. If She is not near, it is going to toss you while dealing close to zero damage. Just don't let it hit you close to the Mother

NEW NEW NEW Phasing Scary Spider is probably most satysfying to see in action. He "phases" in the cloud of ender particles, then becomes invisible for 8 seconds. He is the most powerful hunter in the game and can give you giant jumpscares, so i hope you like it, please check it out.

NEW NEW NEW LEACHING SPIDER - he is a bit smaller that its friends, but he is definitely more desperate to feed. It lives in the caves, so it desperately needs food - its diet consists mostly of bats, but it loves to drink the blood of the player. Thats why when it hits you, IT GETS STUCK TO YOUR FACE !!!!! ITS A FREAKING FACE SUCKING ENTITY LADIES AND GENTLEMAN i hope you like it :))). (It also drops nuggets of iron or gold or both)

MOTHER SCARY SPIDER is a boss with a powerful skin made of netherite scrapes (it droppes a lot of them, so you can get netherite without leaving overworld). But it is pretty hard to kill, She makes more of her children by killing other entities and also she spits a cobweb, that trust me, you don't want to get stuck in. It's pretty damn scary to run away from her, because you have to dodge missiles. 

2 dungeons 

Big spider nests and small spider nests -  there is a lot of loot in them, best of which are enchanted books and emeralds that spiders steal from killed villagers

Villager in web - check images, those are villagers that were kidnapped by spiders and are waiting to be eaten - you can save them by rightclicking them, however be careful - if you let them free with spiders near you, they are going to eat them in seconds

2 guns and three gadgets

Cobweb gun drops from Mother Scary Spider and allows you to shoot webs just like her, use cobwebs as ammo. It's great for catching a prey or slowing down something running after you. Venom Gun drops from Venomous Spiders and allows you to add some more toxicity to the world!

Spider Googles are made of Scary Spider Eyes and observer = they allow you to see in infrared and see every mob trying to hide from you or waiting for you to come near him (check images, it looks cool i hope)

Spider Exoskeleton Chestplate is made of an anvil, tripwires, redstone block and Catcher Spider's legs, it adds haste and jumpboost,  It looks a little bit like poor version of DR OCTOPUS (check images, its animated) IT ALLOWS YOU TO SLIDE DOWN WALLS AND CLIMB THEM (HOLD SHIFT TO GO UP)

Spider Exoskeleton Helmet is made of an anvil, tripwires, redstone block, slimes and Catcher Spider's legs, it allowas you to pick up entities (righclick and left click) but only villagers and animals

Spider Meat

Extremely poisonous when raw, but give you speed and jump boost when cooked
