Welcome to Critters n' Crawlers!
Formally a small quick project made by me and my friend and originally made for our private Minecraft server, this mod helps fix an issue not only of vanilla Minecraft but even the Modded community; a lack of wild animals/monsters associated with temperate and cold climates. This mod adds various different Critters but there may be a few Crawlers lurking... so watch out.
THIS MOD REQUIRES GECKOLIB TO FUNCTION!

IMPORTANT INFO
This is a fun passion project mod that doesn't have a whole team behind it. We expect there to instantly be bugs and we will try to fix them. There are a few known bugs and minor features missing currently, and you will have to forgive us for that. Other than that, happy crawling!

FAQ
Can you add a config to adjust spawn rates?
We will not add a config to adjust spawn rates, and this is not by choice. So we urge you to not spam us with messages about adding one. If you are displeased with spawn rates and you have basic knowledge of datapacks you are able to modify spawn rates via datapack. Other than that you just have to disable the mobs in our server config.
Will you update or downgrade to x.xx.x version?
We do not take requests to downgrade versions. However we will attempt to update, but you must be patient. We do not always have the time.
Will you port to X mod loader?
No. We are going to currently use Forge for 1.20.1 and NeoForge for any later versions currently.
Is there a wiki? Where is it?
We have one here. (You are warned that this wiki is very unreliable.)
Where to write issues?
Join our Discord or write it in the issues tab. Be sure to add the issue tag.
Can I use this in my modpack?
Sure.
Can you support X mod or resource pack?
No, not our job. Only on rare cases and/or if it is tag-related.
I have a suggestion on what to add, how do I suggest it?
Join our Discord or write a new issue and add the suggestion tag to it.
Special Thanks to The National Parks Service.
