Common Weapon Enchantments
Because why should a sword and an axe play by different rules?
What is this mod?
Minecraft has always had an arbitrary wall between weapon enchantments — Sharpness works on swords but not tridents, Breach works on maces but not axes. Common Weapon Enchantments tears that wall down.
Two simple but impactful changes that make your enchanting table a lot less frustrating — and a lot more chaotic.
What does it do?
⚔️ Unified Weapon Enchantments
Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods, Breach, Impaling and Wind Burst can now be applied to all of the following:
- Swords
- Axes
- Spears
- Tridents
- Maces
Density remains Mace exclusive. Some things are sacred.
🔓 No More Mutual Exclusivity
The following enchantment groups are no longer mutually exclusive:
- Sharpness / Smite / Bane of Arthropods
- Breach / Density
Stack them however you want. Your enemies won't enjoy it.
🔧 Mod Compatibility
This mod works with any modded weapon that uses the standard weapon enchantment tags. No configuration needed.
