Mod Features:
- When a player uses a regular tool or one with the Silk Touch or Fortune enchantment to break a block, the block's chance to drop items is determined by different probabilities.
- Provides a block whitelist, allowing players to customize which blocks are not affected by the probability drop.
- Offers the flexibility to decrease the time it takes to mine blocks, with potential for further refinement of this feature.
- There is a chance that the player will consume food saturation after breaking a block.
