Description
F&F: Special 'Mons
This mod adds onto the already existing 'Mons from Cobblemon. These will be unique in design, moveset, abilities and sometimes even typing! These custom made 'Mons are mainly meant to enjoy for fun, so they can definitely be unbalanced and they do not spawn naturally!
Special?
Yes, special! These are 'Mons that I would rather seperate into its own mod because they're overpowered, ugly, funny or half-functional! These really are just meant for laughs and not to be taken seriously!
Commands
Here are some commands to help you get started with spawning our Special Custom 'Mons;
- /pokespawn rayquaza_tractor level=(your desired level)
Inspiration
My inspiration mainly came from doomscrolling through TikTok for a while and running into this video and it inspired me to make Rayquaza Tractor!

Welcome to 'Souls Mod'!

Mod Features

Soul Types
Every Soul is different, from their type to their color!
- There are a total of 16 basic Souls, consisting of;
- Determination, Bravery, Justice, Kindness, Patience, Integrity, Wisdom, Fear, Compassion, Love, Hope, Hopelessness, Hate, Mischief, Curiosity and Ignorance
- Outside of the basic souls, there are also 4 unique souls that are only obtainable through gameplay;
- The Draconic Soul, Corrupted Souls, Vigil Soul and the Omnipotent Soul
- The basic Souls don't change anything to your gameplay mechanically, it is meant to give you a 'character' to play as with your friends or on a public server
- The unique Souls offer the same 'character' capabilities as the basic Souls, but also introduce a few mechanical changes
Life(-steal)
The main mechanic!
- Players only have three lives from the start
- Dying costs you a life, no matter if its by the hand of a player or by your own stupidity
- Killing another player grants you a life, effectively stealing it from them (unless you are already full on lives)
- You can craft an Artifical Heart as a PvE alternative to killing other players
- You can grant other players a life using a Book and Quill;
- If you write a players name into a book, then sign it and name it after the target players' Soul-type, you will then receive a special book
- If you or another player destroys said book, it will then take one of your lives and grant it to the user whose username was written in the book and if their correct Soul-type was signed off
Sacrifices & Magic
Dabble in Magic and Sacrifices!
- In a similar way to giving one of your lives to another player, you can write your own name into a book and sign it off as your own Soul-type in order to gain your own Soul as an item;
- This does however set you to 0.5 lives, giving you only 5 total hearts
- If you or another players destroys this Soul-item, it will instantly kill the player who it belongs to, no matter how many lives they have obtained
- This self-sacrifice is used to infuse your soul and in order to soul-bind
- The Souls Mod introduces a whole new (crafting) system;
- The Soul Altar
- The Soul Altar is a new station in which you can craft Artifical Lives, revive other players, Soul-bind and infuse your soul;
- You can craft an Artifical Life using a Totem of Undying and a Nether Star
- You can revive a player by using their Soul (obtained from a self-sacrifice or after the death of said player) and a Nether Star
- You can soul-bind when two players self-sacrifice and both their souls are placed into the Soul Altar
- You can find a Deactivated Soul Altar inside of our Custom Structures (can be disabled in the config)
- In order to Activate a Deactivated Soul Altar, the played must bring 3 randomized mob drops, which are posted into the chat upon right-clicking the Deactivated Soul Altar
- The Soul Altar has to be powered using Soul Dust and Soul Lanterns (view the gallery to see the exact setup) and it consumes the placed Soul Dust each time the Soul Altar is successfully been used, unless there is at least 12 Soul Dust stored inside of the Soul Altar
Ghost Mode
OoO0ooO0oo0o, scary!
- After being Eliminated (running out of lives), you will enter the Ghost mode for the first time;
- This mechanic allows players to interact with the living world while they are awating their return!
- In 'Ghost' Mode you will have the following abilities:
- G - Toggle Visibility to Living Players
- H - Toggle Glowing Outline (only while visible to Living Players)
- Right-click - Possess a Mob (excl. Warden, Wither and Ender Dragon)
- X - Exit 'Possession'
- R - Use Mob Ability (Explode as a Creeper, Teleport as an Enderman, etc.)
- I - Toggle Leaving Footprints on the Floor (visible to Living Players)
- O - Leave a 'Pin' (short message that is visible to Living Players)
Custom Structures
Hand-made, baby!
- Currently, there are 5 Custom Structures;
- Spawn Platform
- When spawning in, you now spawn on a custom Spawn Platform
- Soul Altar (Nether)
- Up to 3 Soul Altar Structures now spawn in the Nether, housing a Deactivated Soul Altar
- Soul Book Shrine - Overworld
- Soul Book Shrine - Nether
- Soul Book Shrine - End
- These Shrines hold the Sacrificial Item Books in the Overworld, Nether and End
- 3 of these spawn in each Dimension, each corresponding to one of the unique Souls
- Spawn Platform
Extra Mechanics
Plenty of extra fun!
- Soul-binding is a mechanic in which you and another player willingly bind your souls together;
- Once this has been done, you now share 5 total lives, meaning that if one of the soul-bound players loses a life, they will collectively have 4 lives left
- Once killed, they drop their soul seperately (unless killed in a PvP situation), being able to be resurrected in order to seperate their souls once again
- Soul-infusing is another mechanic to empower ones soul;
- There are currently 3 ways to infuse your soul after a soul-sacrifice at the Soul Altar, the first one using a Dragon Egg to obtain a Draconic Soul, which gives you 2 extra hearts for every life that you have
- The second one being the Corrupted soul, which you can get by infusing your soul after a soul-sacrifice at the Soul Altar, using a Warden Heart, which can be obtained by killing a Warden (5% chance), giving you an extra heart for each player that you corrupt by eliminating them
- The third one is obtained by using a Heavy Core, which will net you the Vigil Soul, whose purpose it is to take down the Draconic Soul and Corrupted Soul holders by making it easy to track them down and weaken them by disabling their bonus health boost when within a 64-block distance
- Soul Dust is a new item introduced in the Souls Mod;
- Soul Dust is used for 'sacrifices' at the Soul Altar
- It is consumed each time the Soul Altar is successfully used
- Soul Dust drops from Skeletons (1% chance), Wither Skeletons (5% chance) and Ghasts (20% chance)
- In newer version (1.2.0 and newer), Soul-infusing requires a Sacrifical Item;
- This item is selected from a random pool of items every time you create a new world or successfully infuses their Soul a Soul Altar
- You will need to find special books that spawn in Custom Structures, in which a poem describes which item they will need in order to infuse their Soul
- There is also the Omnipotent Soul;
- This Soul type might be randomly assigned to a Player at a random time
- This Soul type randomingly assigns you any of the basic Soul-types
- After anywhere from 20 - 60 minutes, it will randomize your Soul again, constantly!
