Frontier Armaments

Frontier Armaments is a mod that adds 12 armor sets to the game, each with stats to differentiate them from each other. 

There are also two firearms - the Flintlock and the Firecannon, both of which act like crossbows but shoot different things. Firecannons scan your inventory for either blaze rods or blaze powder, and use them to perform either single shots with 40% amor piercing or AOE blasts. Flintlocks shoot Fire Charges, and are single shot with 40% armor piercing.

There is one set of melee weapons called forge hammers, which you can both attack with and mine with. They, however, do not take normal sword enchantments, but instead take pickaxe enchantments. 

The mod's armors are already present in other mods from previous versions of Minecraft, just repackaged and repurpsoed for an all-in-one mod that consists of all the armors because they all share a rugged frontier theme. This mod is also for people who wish to have the armors but without the usual Spell Engine stack that the other mods require you to depend on. 

MANY OF THESE ARMORS ARE ALREADY PRESENT IN THE RPG SERIES PLUS. MAKE SURE TO DEAL WITH ANY OVERLAPS, IF YOU HAVE ANY DUE TO HAVING INSTALLED SOME OF THESE MODS.
