Description

A mod that aims to significantly enhance realism. Of course, redstone isn't real, but it's pretty heavily integrated with everything in minecraft. So is iron. Luckily, we're not removing either of these. What we are doing, is completely overhauling ore and processing methodology.

Vanilla ores are largely replaced by the minerals that actually carry each metal. Iron comes from hematite and magnetite, lead from galena, zinc from sphalerite, and the rare earths from bastnäsite, monazite, and ionic clay. They generate roughly where they would in real life, and you get the metal out of them the way it's really done.
