Gabriel AI

Gabriel AI is a mod that introduces a custom companion entity powered by a local Large Language Model (LLM) via LM Studio/cloud. Gabriel features dynamic chat processing, contextual actions, and a distinct personality.

📌 Features ( use mod configs to set AI API)

1. Local/cloud AI Integration

  • Operates through LM Studio local API endpoints. local version.---Uses gemini API key for the cloud version, both released and downloadable right now

  • Native bilingual processing (English and Italian).

  • Contextual awareness that translates natural language input into in-game actions.

2. Dialogue & Personality System

  • Custom prompt engineering that enforces an arrogant, lazy, and rude persona.

  • Automatic fallback keyword detection in Java to ensure command execution even if the LLM skips action tags.

3. Hostility / Aggro System

  • Insult Detection: Triggered by common insults or swearing in both English and Italian.

  • Combat Behavior: Insulting Gabriel immediately sets his target to the player, increasing his movement speed and initiating persistent attack navigation until the target or Gabriel dies (can die but hardly ).
