Horrific Swords

Sword List:

+4 The Elsa:  Slowness V, Snowball I

+4 Downfall Of Romeo:  Poison II

+4 The Shriveler:  Wither II

+4 Come At Me Bro:  Weakness II

If you combine the above swords, you get the Monster Mauler.

+5 Monster Mauler:  Slowness V, Poison II, Wither III, Weakness II

+4 Dizzy Doozer:  Nausea I

+4 Anesthesier:  Mining Fatigue II

+4 Ink Squirter: Blindness I

+4 Tape Wormer:  Hunger V

If you combine the above swords, you get the Player Slayer.

+5 Player Slayer:  Nausea I, Mining Fatigue II, Blindness I, Hunger V

If you combine the Monster Mauler and the Player Slayer, you get the Horrific Horrifyer

+6 Horrific Horrifyer: Slowness V, Poison II, Wither III, Weakness II, Nausea I, Mining Fatigue II, Blindness I, Hunger V, Snowball I

There are additional sword that can do other things, like give you health when you hit a target, make you ride a target when you hit it, and remove potion effects from it.

The pirate sword cannot be quick-crafted or taken from the creative inventory.  If you craft it with a crafting table, it will have the Looting X enchant on it.  Very useful when trying to collect ender pearls, which is normally very time consuming.

There are three entities.

The Organic Creature (drops items useful for farming) - Spawns in extreme hills biome

The Horrific Squid (drops ink and horrific squid tooth) - Spawns in marsh biome

The Horrific Bull (drops leather, raw steak, and horrific bull horn) - Spawns in plains biome

There are two sets of armor:

Squid Armor:

Helmet: Night Vision I, Water Breathing I

Chest:  Strength I

Leggings:  Speed II

Boots:  Jump Boost I

Bull Armor:

Helmet:  Strength I

Chest:  Haste I

Leggings:  Speed I

Boots:  No Fall Damage

There is one block - the Rainbonium Ore.  It is even more rare than diamond and spawns on level ten and under.  It drops a Horrific Sword Handle when broken with at least an iron pickaxe.
