IE Powerpack Fix

When playing the DeceasedCraft modpack, you might notice that Immersive Engineering's Powerpack cannot charge Refined Storage's Portable Grid. As workarounds, you might use the Sophisticated Backpacks Battery Upgrade (which requires manually placing the Portable Grid into a charging slot) or place down an IE's Capacitor and put the Portable Grid next to it—but both of these methods are inconvenient. This mod uses MixinExtra to simply tweak the Powerpack's detection logic, allowing it to charge the Portable Grid both when held in hand and, with the induction upgrade equipped, for any Portable Grids in your inventory while the backpack is worn.
