NOTE: Mega Empoleon is not set up to be accessible outside of commands. Everyone uses a different thing for megas, so I'm just providing bare bones. That is, until I can do everything via a data pack in the future. I will, however, be providing the mega stone png.
Granted Permissions: You may set the files up however you like (connecting it through mega showdown, etc.).
