About

Description

Some people like mobs. Others don't.

This mod is for the latter of the two groups.

Because all vanilla methods of removing mobs are flawed, I wrote this mod to just remove all mobs without touching health regeneration, hunger or passive spawns.

This is NOT a replacement for peaceful. It is also not a replacement for \gamerule doMobSpawning false, as that both allows silverfish blocks and stops natural passive mobs spawning.

This is free to use in any mobpack as long as no money is made off it, and there is a modlist available linking back here. No need to ask.

Features

It immediately kills all vanilla aggressive mobs, regardless of how they spawned.

By default, it will also kill boss mobs, although this can be turned off in the configs.

The Mob Drop Field Emitter allows killed mobs within a certain range (changeable in the configs) to drop the associated drops and experience as if a player killed it.

The Mob Existence Crystal allows mobs to exist only within the range of the block, allowing for other mob farms to exist.

Please note:

No mod support is guaranteed, but may work, depending on what the authors did.

Feel free to reply with mobs that are not killed and I will add them to the naughty list.

Furthermore, if you have bosses disabled, you will not be able to leave the end without other mods, such as RFTools' Matter Transmitter or Draconic Evolution's Charm of Dislocation.

If you spot any bugs, or think of anything that would improve this mod, please leave an issue in the GitHub Issue tracker linked above.

Also, the artwork is dire as I have not one artistic bone in my body. If anyone has any skill with artistry and feels so inclined, I would happily take stylistic advice or donations.
